The story of Jaijairam Prasad Yadav, his patience has immeasurable limit…….!

The sad story of Jaijairam Prasad Yadav since 33 years
Wherever his patience has immeasurable limit…….!

We have one reason for cheerful 33 years since India's first Cricket World Cup victory..!

How do you feel about endurance for doing rickshaw-puller job since 33 years?

What factors determines patience or compulsion of a person towards doing rickshaw-puller since 1983?
You have enough reasons to blame him to not uplift himself since 33 years, as what we are today caused by our yesterday’s own actions. I agree, but the story has another insight also. Somehow progress of a person also determined by his attitude, situation, compulsion, knowledge, surroundings etc. These factors help him to think out of the box or inside the box.

Recently I met this gentleman named as Jaijai Ram Prasad Yadav, he belongs from Sarsa district, vill-Kenjri, Bihar, who has completely out from the progress of Indian development. It was 26th July 2016, Noida City, which is considered as a prime developed city of India. I took a rickshaw from Botanical Garden to Sector 39, F Block. Always, I have a curiosity to understand rickshaw-puller life and their daily activities, so I started a small conversation with him during the journey.

I asked him when he started this job. His prompt reply “Sirji it was 1983-84”.  I replied immediately Oh my god, are you sure? Are you drunk?  He replied- I started this job when Kapil Dev gave us first world cup, we were cheered that time. I have still remembered all those cheerful moments and I came here when Indira Gandhi was PM, then he continued talking…

When I reached my destination, I sat in a chair and thinking about him, felt saddened also, but I truly respect his endurance for doing the same puller job since 33 years, it is not easy. Whereas during the same time frame India did well progress….!

The progress of India from Tanga (carriage) to Monorail happened in last three decades. India clinched 2 time cricket world cup, succeeding progress in space research, computer applications touched every households, almost 100cr mobile subscribers, Metro to Monorail started in metro cities, the development shape of all cities are drastically changed, number of universities from 2 digits to 3 digits will happen very soon, modernized Indian railway, earning of every household has increased, literacy rate from 50 to 80 %...many more….India’s development timeline to continue…..

Jaijairam Prasad Yadav is not a single one, there are numbers of people, rural villages and section of societies are still living in the 19th century. This should be fine for our country, new governments come and go, various types of the scheme launched, but real development for those unsupervised people are still unnoticed or untouched.

It’s not too late; it’s time to recognize such sections of peoples or villages, no matter what caste, religion, state. We should work for them to uplift the fractural Indian development, otherwise, the dream of APJ Abdul Kalam will not be realized and our dream will remain a dream, and India will continually in developing stage and consecutively the meaning of “21st Century is for India” will be pointless.

We all  along with central and state government should work together to change this situation; just will power is needed without expecting any political gain and I wish and hope that people like Jaijairam Prasad Yadav will get the advantage of Indian development and it will continue…., then only the world will recognize us as the India attains true development.

Hope for better tomorrow, Hope helps to take actions and action will make change….. !

Bachelor Summer Rice Dish

Bachelor Summer Rice Dish
No need to cook, you can prepare it within 5-10 Minutes,

"One cannot think well, love well and sleep well; if one has not dined well".
Virginia Woolf

Summer Days, it was 20th July 2016, Place Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.

I was there for 15 Days and the hotel was in outskirts from the main market. When we are away from home, the most important thing we miss is homemade food. For a few days eating in Hotel or restaurant is ok, after that…OH NO, you can’t take it regularly. So, one day, I hunted for good food within the area, I failed, and this is usually happening in outer parts of the cities.

Great Indian chef Manish Mehrotra well said “Making food is an art and science”, I was no mood to verify it. Alternatively, I thought let’s try to manage food, but in some different way other than making food. By the way, I am not skilled in gastronomy; but I have little experience and passion towards cooking and I love to cook, especially Indian dishes.

Suddenly, I thought let’s mix up between salad and rice, I managed to get boiled rice from small Dhaba, where various curries were also available, but, I  do not like those seasoning curries (as these are not good for health), so I decided better to avoid. At the adjacent of the Dhaba, greengrocer was there, I bought some vegetables like tomato, cucumber, onion, few leaves of coriander etc.

Soon after I bought curd and went to the hotel and asked for plate and cutter. After that, I washed it; chopped into small pieces, followed by mixed with salad, curd and boiled rice, wow! food was ready to eat…!

When I tasted it, Ohh! Yumm.. It was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, you can’t believe it without trying it, it was too fine and coriander relished it.

The day was quite hot and the food was wintry (by freezing curd), it was too healthy and breezy. It hardly took me 5 minutes to prepare and I felt too relaxed and energetic after eating it.

Nowadays, we are quite cautious about the food, what we eat and it is right track to eating and understanding the healthy foods, for our ultimate wealth, we must avoid too spicy, unhealthy, looking good foods on daily basis.

In the above dish image, the dish presentation was not good, as I believed the statement of Chef Vir SanghviI think too much presentation is a waste of time, focus on food that tastes good and healthy, not food that looks good”. When we start eating, look doesn’t matter and important things are eating experience and consequence to our health.

This Dish is perfect for NE and south Indians, we NE-Indians generally consume rice regularly and for my north Indian friends. As per the study research published in Journal of Food and Nutrition Sciences stated that eating rice daily not only makes dieting easier, but is linked to improve all round health, so my dear north Indian friends, you can try it out, prefer on hot summer days, I am sure, you will like it.

Furthermore for those doubtful friends, who presumed that we all NE Indians only eat non-vegetarian dishes, which is not true. Thus this line of agreement to them, this dish is pure vegetarian “शुध्ध शाकाहारी !”, go for it.

Bachelor Dish= ∑ (Salad+Rice+Curd)

Eat healthy food, not looks good food.

Be Healthy and Happy Always!

Beware : Free Plagiarism Checker Website

Free Plagiarism Checker Website

Beware : http://www.plagiarismchecker.net/

This incident happened to me recently. A few months back, I drafted a paper on image enhancement and sent it to one of my student, I asked her to improve the image quality and references before submit it to the conference, which was going to be held in next month.  All was going well, but  due to some reason, we couldn't send it and the paper went into  the pending work basket.

Last month, I opened up again and did the little improvement and submitted the paper to another conference, which will be held within  couple of months.

Reply from Conference Organizer,

Dear Author,

We regret to inform you that our esteemed reviewer has recommended for strong rejection of your paper, as the complete paper is copied from the following website..

http://www.essay.uk.com/free-essays/information-technology/image-enhancement.php

Then, I was thought how is this  possible, rejection is OK, but how can be  copied???

I checked the link and found that the complete article is available (except figures and table).OMG, I asked my student, and she informed me that she just checked the paper at freely available website http://www.plagiarismchecker.net/.

Immediately, I did little enquiry about essay.uk.com website, I came to know that, the website provide services to the students for writing essay, articles, dissertations, PhD Theses etc. Oh God, I am thinking,  in near future some web or apps will be available, which will be providing readymade students, who will attend classes, write  examination on behalf of you (real student, do you remember Bollywood 3 Idiots movie, where Ranchordas (Amir Khan) studied in college on behalf of other?).

I wrote a mail to the website provider, how they found this article and asked them to immediately remove it from their database, after few days, I received a return mail.
Although they removed the contents from their website, they do so normally we have a tendency to just click on I agree/accept button of any website or apps without going through terms and conditions in detail, as it is  too lengthy, not possible to read out every time.

Then I checked the term and conditions of plagarismchecker.net.  I surprised to see the following lines……

My personal experience says online free plagiarism checker doesnt work properly, so I want to aware all the students and researchers to avoid such online plagiarism checkers, otherwise your hard finding research results will be accessible to others, before you publish it in some reputed Journals (Good journals normally takes 4 to 12 months to published it).

Now a days online trend is booming.

Generally, we all just click I Agree/Accept button but we dont know, what exactly written in those too long page and we have no clue what we agreed or accepted. As we have no option left apart from accept/agree before using such software/websites/apps etc, but we have to be cautious before using any such sites or apps, which can be threat to your privacy or will steal your online banking information.

In general, our own writings are plagiarism free (except matched some scientific phrases), so I request you all to avoid such free online plagiarism checker and think twice before you click on I AGREE button, if you use internet banking for your daily activities, dont install any third party financial management apps.

But I agree that we must take little precautions before using any web services or apps.

Take care and Be Happy .!

Meerut City, India The City of Mixed Feelings….!

Augharnath Mandir,You must visit this temple if you visit Meerut City.

The time is about 5.20 PM, 3rd July 2016, Delhi Sarai Rohila Railway Station….

Just boarded Delhi-Jaipur Double Decker and train is about to start, for me train journey is far more enjoyable than flight. I am returning from Meerut, reached Delhi by bus; it took me approx one and half hour.
Already train started, it just crossed Gurugrm, sitting at the window seat and enjoying the Bollywood song...
ज़िन्दगी की यही रीत है, हार के बाद ही जीत है
थोड़े आँसू हैं, थोड़ी हँसी
आज ग़म है, तो कल है ख़ुशी.....ज़िन्दगी की यही रीत.......

And looking outside through glass window…wow, feels mesmerizing, just thinking about my last six days, which I spent in Meerut city.
Meerut city is located at western part of Uttar Pradesh and it is approx. 70-72 KM far from national capital Delhi (Connectivity by bus, train, taxi etc). It is very ancient historical place and the city has played a major role in the great revolution (1857). The city is now under national capital region and it has been shortlisted for smart city 2nd phase smart city development by the government of India.

I arrived there by train on 27th June; I noticed that old city Meerut has very populous area and congested roads. To convert such place into a smart city is very challenging for concerned authorities. But when I reached my pre-booked hotel Sliver Pearl in Saket Area, a nearby place has well planned residential colonies. The place near Commissioner Chowraha is quite developed and I am highly impressed by Meerut Cantonment area, which was established by the British in 1803 and local people informed me that it is the 2nd largest Cantonment in India.

If you visit Meerut City, have walk in Meerut Cantonment (prefer at evening) and you must visit Augharnath Mandir located nearby of Meerut Cantonment (it took me 13-15 Minutes from BegumPool by Rickshaw). The preferable time to visit Augharnath Mandir should be either early morning or evening, such that you can enjoy the AARTI (God Song), as per my observation, there are idols of Shivji and Krishna Ji. Ohh, there is also a martyr statue inside the temple in honor to 1857 martyrs, I felt wow, the Mandir priest told me that Mangal Pande started his revolution against British from this temple. Maybe, but I am not sure I have to check the fact.

Another part at Meerut, the hospitality at Hotel Silver Pearl, Meerut; the hotel facilities and service staff was awesome. At evening, I enjoyed the GARAM GARAM  Kala Jamoon at Gole Market in Saket area.

I am stop writing here..

The train at maximum speed and just crossed the Dausa station…I did small conversation with a fellow passenger, she is busy with study, she has an exam tomorrow at Jaipur, I wished her Good Luck and looking outside…another Bollywood song….मेरे देश की धरती, सोना उगले उगले हीरे मोती...and thinking about “Really Rajasthan is a very beautiful place”.

I start writing again…flash back to Meerut…..

For Dinner, I have to appreciate the PATEL BHOJANALAYA, for providing food like घर का खाना, apart from the first day; they provided GREEN SABJI, especially for me….plain delicious and pure…Thank You.

If you have time, you can visit Hastinapur, a historical place, 30-45 minutes from Meerut City by bus. The local people comprise both religion (I think equal proportion Hindu and Muslim) live in peace and harmony. I wish Meerut to be a Smart City of India as earliest and I would like to visit there again and again.

Hey…the train has reached Gandhinagar Railway Station, I have to deboard here….
     Thank You!

Parents-My First Priority Always!
