Walkathon: Walk and Run for Your Good Health

Running is a basic ingredient for your health, just as much as eating and sleeping, but going out for a run by yourself and taking a moment to think also creates a certain peace.

Due to the advancement of modern technologies, we have restricted our body movement by automation technologies; the machine does our work, from breakfast to car driving, from office lift to so-called ergonomically design office chair. We are running away from our good health, let me remind you, a human body is not a result of technology advancement, it is a pure natural and god gifted non-automated system. Therefore don’t mesh the artificial things with our natural body, preserve this most precious wealth in a natural way, if somehow, health degradation takes place, you will face bankruptcy in all dimension very soon. Remember money cannot fill the gap between the huge loss of good health, so the choice is yours, which is primary good health or temporary wealth?


Recently I have added one new habit into my life portfolio so I would like to share with you. My new habit is "Evening Run and Walk", normally I follow the alternate days during evening time and try to cover the new route from my origin, and covered distance ranges from 5KM to 15.07KM. My latest highest distance covered is 15.07 km; normally I follow the different initial exit path and return path to enjoy the diverse scene, it helps me keep away from a bore and observe new people and places. 
   
If you regularly go to the Gym, it’s great. But running is better than the gym (Click here). There are numerous reasons, anyone can acquire this habit in their life, it is very easy, no need for any specific trainer, pieces of equipment. You can run anywhere and anytime. Just start run, Newton’s inertia law helps you to keep running, whether the morning or evening time depending as per your schedule or office timing; you will realize the amazing benefits of the walkathon. Running boosts mood and improves blood cycle in our body, and each time running is not the same as the previous one, you feel the different experiences.

Decide the tracks in more natural and less congested areas, especially outer of metro cities or having less traffic. When you commute through different areas, you see different people, diverse homes, new localities, new roads, some time you find the beautiful lane or small river, as I did during my running. I never knew such a beautiful place is there, just a 4KM distance from my office location. Running it is vital for your better health. How much money you have earned? You feel always less as per your modified requirements, therefore whatever hectic schedule you have, please don’t give an excuse or other reasons for not to run, it does not matter if there is a will you find a way. Let’s run for your health benefits and active mood, if you have a good health, then only you can attain your dreams. Whatever time you invest for a run, it will certainly give you highest returns on your investments.

Therefore, whatever you do, find one hour time regularly or alternate days to walk and run for your health investments. At least please stay out one hour from your box apartment or office and go to open greenery area and take a long breath, you will feel the mesmerizing moments in your life, which is motivated and supported by natural beings, observe the sunrise or sunset; you will see the heaven on the earth, certainly you will feel great and active in all ways. I use the google fit app to track my steps, you can do that or use any other apps to track your daily records if possible share the experiences you will feel on Twitter (tag @kalyan_online and hashtag #walkathon), it will help you to keep motivated to doing so.

Life is full of up and down, at present whatever situations you have, keep your health well and enjoy the roller costar journey of LIFE with good health.

দিহিংমুখ 37 নং ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় পথৰ পৰা (ডিমৌ, শিৱসাগৰ) মাত্র 20 কি.মি. দূৰৈত অৱস্থিত এখন গাওঁ। মোৰ মামা ঘৰ তাতে, মই মোৰ জীৱনৰ বহুত সময় আৰু বাল্যকাল প্ৰায় তাতে পাৰ কৰিছিলোঁ। আজিও এই ঠাইখন উত্তম গাখীৰ আৰু মাছৰ কাৰণে জনাজাত, সেই আপুনি খোৱা গেলা মাছ নহয়, উত্তম মাছ (ৰিঠা মাছৰ নাম শুনিছেনে?, #Google খুৰাইও বিচাৰি নাপাই, দিহিংমুখতে পোৱা যায়) 

আজিও এই ঠাই খনত বাৰিষা কালত যাবলৈ হলে, আপোনাৰ Redchief ৰ জোতা বোৰ খোলাই ভাল হব, নহলে জানেই নহয়, ভৰি পিছল খালে...গানটো, কেতিয়াবা মথাউৰিৰ তললৈ যাব পাৰে। ,শেষৰ 7-8 কিঃমিঃ মথাউৰিৰ ৰাস্তা পকীকৰণ হোৱা নাই, শিল বালিও নাই। বাৰিষা কালত বিদ্যুতৰ প্রায় লুকা ভাকু, কেতিয়াবা Power Bank বা Inverter ও উপায় নাপাই..আপুনি চাগে বুজি পাইছে এই 70 বছৰ আমাৰ দেশ স্বাধীনতাৰ পাছতো এনে অৱস্থাত বহুত গাঁৱ আছে, বেয়া নাপাব..এয়াই Hash tag #AwesomeAssam 

গাওঁৰ প্ৰায় মানুহ শিক্ষিত হৈছে তথাপিও গাওঁৰ ৰাস্তা আজিও একে অৱস্থাত আছে, বহুত ঘৰবোৰ গাওঁৰ পৰা অসমৰ অন্য ঠাইলৈ স্থানন্তৰ হৈছে অথবা হবলৈ যো যাৰ কৰি থৈছে, মই নিজেও কৰ্মসূত্ৰে অসমৰ বাহিৰত থকাৰ কাৰণে বছৰত এবাৰ মাত্ৰ যোৱা হয়। ৰাজনৈতিক নেতা পাঁচ বছৰত এবাৰ যায়, ভোট খোজাৰ সময়ত। বেছিভাগ গাওঁৰ লোক খেতি অথবা গাই-মহ খুটি কৰি জীৱন যাপন কৰে, কিছু মানুহৰ শিক্ষকৰ চাকৰি, কিছু অধ্যাপকো হল, ঠিক ঠাক শৈক্ষিক পৰিবেশ থকাৰ পাছতো..20-25 বছৰৰ পাছত...দেশখন বহুত আগুৱাই গল..গাওঁ খনত বহুত মানুহে পকীঘৰ ও বনালে, কিছু মানুহে বাইক-গাডীও ললে, কিন্তু বতৰ চাই  হে চলাব পাৰি...পিছে গাওঁ খনৰ ৰাস্তা একেই থাকিল......
কিন্তু, আজিকালি যেতিয়াই যাওঁ গাওঁৰ তেনে অৱস্থা দেখি মনত দুখ নালাগে, ভাৱ হয় ঠিকে আছে। কৰ্মসূত্ৰে বাহিৰত থাকোঁ, দেখিছোঁ নহয় সেই মুম্বাইৰ অৱস্থা, গুড়গাওঁৰ তপত ঘৰবিলাক, যাক বেছি জ্ঞানী মানুহে অপাৰ্টমেণ্ট বুলি কয়, দিল্লীৰ সেই গাড়ীৰ পৰা ওলোৱা ধোঁৱাৰ অক্সিজেন...চব এই বিলাক #Development ককাইৰ #AcheDinৰ সাফল্য, মনটোক সান্তনা দিছোঁ আৰু...!

কিন্তু আজিও দিহিংমুখ গাঁও খনত সেই নিজান নিৰিবিলি পৰিবেশ বিৰাজমান। সুন্দৰ বতাহ, অতি পুষ্টিকৰ খাদ্য খাবলৈ পাওঁ, মুক্ত আকাশ.. মথাউৰিৰ সিপাৰে ধুনীয়াকৈ দিহিং নদী বৈ গৈছে...খাদ্যবোৰ #SuperOrganic দিল্লী -বাংগালোৰৰ মানুহে ভাবিবই নোৱাৰে...এনে সুন্দৰ ঠাই থাকিব পাৰে। ভালে হল ভগৱানৰ কৃপাত আমাৰ মোদীৰ #Development বোলা গাড়ীখন গাওঁ খনত গৈ পোৱা নাই.. আজিও সেই সৰুকালৰ মুক্ত পৰিবেশ বিৰাজমান...

বাহিৰৰ থাকি বাৰুকৈ বুজি পাইছোঁ, সুন্দৰ -সুস্থ ভাবে জীৱন যাপন কৰা আৰু কবলৈ আৰাম ভাবে বাকচৰ ভিতৰত (#অপাৰ্টমেণ্ট) থকাৰ পাৰ্থক্য আছে। গেলা দিল্লীত খোৱা পালক-পনীৰ আৰু আমাৰ ঘৰতে বনোৱা পনীৰ + খুটিৰ পৰা অনা পালেং শাকৰ মাজত আকাশ পাতল  #Development ৰ পাৰ্থক্য আছে।

কেতিয়াবা মন যায়..দিহিংমুখ নদীৰ কাষত, মামা ঘৰৰ খুটিৰ সন্মুখতে এটা চাংঘৰ বনাই থাকিবলৈ..... #Development ককাই আপোনাৰ এলেকাত এনে ঘৰক #resort বুলি কয়, যত আপুনি এটা নিশা থাকিবলৈ 5000-6000 টকা দিয়ে।

কিন্তু কিনো আৰু আপুনি জানেই..জীৱন ককাইৰ পৰা বস্তু বিচাৰিলেই যে পোৱা নাযায় নহয়। মনে কয় দিহিংমুখ গাওঁ খনত #Development ককাই নহাই ভাল নেকি? হেৰী মই নিবিচাৰিলে হবনে? মাত্র কেইদিন মান থাকিলে ভালেই লাগে, কিন্তু মই নিজৰ মাত্ৰ ভাবিলেই হব জানো, সেই কাৰণে গাওঁৰ মানুহ বোৰৰ সৈতে কথা পাতিছিলোঁ। যোৱা মাহত মামা ঘৰ গৈছিলোঁ..গাঁওৰ বহু লোকৰ মাজত কথা পাতি গম পালোঁ...তেখেত সকল বোলে আমাৰ মোডী মামাৰ #AcheDin আৰু #Development গাড়ীৰ অপেক্ষাত ।  

ভাৱকচোন এই গাওঁ খনত বসবাস কৰা মানুহে কেনেকৈ জীৱন যাপন কৰে। আজিৰ দিনত, এই 2018 চনত এটা ভাল ৰাস্তাৰ অতি প্ৰয়োজন, পিছল মথাউৰিৰে বিদ্যালয়লৈ বা 7 কিঃমিঃ দূৰত থকা উচ্চ/উচ্চতৰ বিদ্যালয়লৈ যোৱা সাধাৰণ কথা নহয়, 6 কিঃমিঃ দূৰত থকা এটা সাধাৰণ প্ৰাথমিক চিকিৎসালৈ যোৱা আৰু বিষম। আচলতে গাওঁৰ মানুহবোৰ  বৰ সহজ সৰল, আৰু আপুনি জানেই আজিকালি সহজ সৰল হলে একো নাপাই, অসম চৰকাৰেও যেতিয়া লৈকে ধৰ্ণা বা পথ অৱৰোধ নকৰে, তেতিয়া লৈকে সমস্যাটোকলৈ কেৰেপো নকৰে। 

যেতিয়া লৈকে মোডী মামাৰ #AcheDin গাড়ী খন নাপাই গৈ.. #resort এটাই বনাও নেকি.?

The Last Lecture- Randy Pausch


This book is great, which gives you hopes and inspiration lessons in living.

I have read the book, the book is mind-blowing, and it does not only give you motivation, inspiration, most importantly teach you the important lessons for living.

The book is based on last special lecture delivered by Prof. Randy Pausch on the topic “Childhood Dreams” at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburg. He was Ph.D. alum cum professor at Carnegie Mellon University. He had suffered from pancreatic cancer and he knew that he is going to die within 3-6 months. He delivered the lecture in 2007 and died in the year of 2008, during the last phase of his life he shared all his experiences through his last lecture presentation. He recorded the video message to his small children’s and shared his own experiences to achieved goals, also thank (gratitude) everyone through the lecture. 

Think… a successful person, who knows that he is going to die and readily deliver a lecture on “lesson in living”. In this book, Prof. Randy explained his life from childhood to professor at the university, how he achieved his childhood dream as an Imagineering (Disneyland).

Wow, the ultimate lecture, and from this book, you learn multiple life tactics to handle your life during difficult times.

You can gift this book to those who are going through a very difficult time in their life, s/he will grateful to you forever. Another reason, why this book touched my heart deeply, I have read this book during a similar situation of Prof. Randy family went through, the normal family can’t imagine how cancer patient’s family suffered.

Last College Day B.Tech EC Batch 2014-2018


Hello Friends,

Today is 25th May 2018, last three days there was practical’s exam in both shifts...

Today is the last day of your B.Tech life, how fast time flies, we can't imagine, may be its speed is greater than c. To understand this concept we have go through Einstein theory. 

Still Remember, project title finalization day of 3rd semester.....I am sure you also remember.

Class..Lab, Seminar, Presentation...Class...Lab Class…. we sat together to learn MOS, Seminar Presentation, Reports, Practical’s, Minor Projects and OFC, finally in eighth semester little bit touched about digital image processing. I don’t know what you have gained from me, but I am so lucky to meet you all, you are such a wonderful students and great human being.

Now course is completed, you have to leave this university for next stoppage of your journey of life. I am fortunate enough to have friends like you, you are agree with me that I know you all personally, you all have great potential in different dimension, just identify and chase it hardly. You will definitely succeed no matter, whatever obstacles come in your life.

Please don’t forget my डाँट, डाँट…

You already set a benchmark, go set it once again in outer world.

Meri #Attendance Ki Dhamki... Now replaying in my eye, we have learned together, discussed together, sometimes argued together… All those moments were wonderful, whether good experiences or learning.

Thank you all, you taught me so many things. Now onwards, the real phase of your life will start. Stay out from your comfort zone and don’t stay inside. Think big! Move with confidence! You all have too much potential to grave your destiny yourself.
